Please note:
In the central lobby, there is an open staircase to the second floor. Also, an elevator is located
beyond the second set of glass doors. Once on the second floor, the customer should exit the elevator
and go to the right. Follow the corridor to Suite 214, which is down a short hallway and has a frosted glass
door with the HC Consultations logo. For appointments after 5 p.m., ring the Suite 214 doorbell located at the
"Brickstone" entrance to be buzzed into the building
Center Description: The building is located at he Northeast corner Jordan Creek Parkway and Ashworth Road. It is
a two-story glass and brown brick building with a large pond and fountain in front. The building is labeled as
"Brickstone Building" and the largest sign on the building is "Mercy Clinic." The building sits back from the road
and is located across Ashworth Road from Hope Lutheran Church and across Jordan Creek Parkway from Bank of the West.
From North of Center :
Take I-35 South toward Des Moines
Merge onto I-80 West via Exit 87B toward Council Bluffs/Kansas City
Take the Jordan Creek Parkway exit, Exit 121 toward West Des Moines. (It will be the first exit on the right.)
Turn Left (South) onto Jordan Creek Parkway
Turn Left (East) onto Ashworth Road
Turn Left (North) onto 72nd St.
Turn Left into the parking lot for the Brickstone Building (1055 Jordan Creek Parkway)
Park anywhere (Parking is free.)
Enter the building through the door marked "Brickstone."
From South of Center :
Take I-35 North toward Des Moines
Merge onto I-80 West via Exit 72B toward Council Bluffs/Omaha
Merge onto I-235 West
I-235 West Becomes I-80 West
Take the Jordan Creek Parkway exit, Exit 121 toward West Des Moines
Turn Left (South) onto Jordan Creek Parkway
Turn Left (East) onto Ashworth Road
Turn Left (North) onto 72nd St.
Turn left into the parking lot for the Brickstone Building (1055 Jordan Creek Parkway)
Park anywhere (Parking is free.)
Enter the building through the door marked "Brickstone"
From East of Center:
Take I-235 West
I-235 West becomes I-80 West
Take the Jordan Creek Parkway exit, Exit 121 toward West Des Moines
Turn Left (South) onto Jordan Creek Parkway
Turn Left (East) onto Ashworth Road
Turn Left (North) onto 72nd St
Turn Left into the parkwing lot for the Brickstone Building (1055 Jordan Creek Parkway)
Park anywhere (Parking is free.)

Take I-80 East
Take the Jordan Creek Parkway exit, Exit 121 toward West Des Moines
Turn Right (South) onto Jordan Creek Parkway
