Please note:
The center is located north of Jordan Creek Town Center Mall at the corner of Jordan Creek Parkway and Ashworth Road. In the central lobby, there is an open staircase to the second floor. Also, an elevator is located beyond the second set of glass doors. Once on the second floor, the customer should exit the elevator and go to the right. Follow the corridor to Suite 214, which is down a short hallway and has a frosted glass door with the HC Consultations logo. For appointments after 5 p.m., ring the Suite 214 doorbell located at the Brickstone entrance to be buzzed into the building.
Center Description:
We are in a two-story brick and gray-glassed building that sits back from the road. There is a large pond in front of the building. The building is located across the street from Hope Lutheran Church and Bank of the West. It is the Brickstone Building and the prominent sign on the building is for Mercy Clinic. The parking lot is located at the back of the building. Clients should enter the building using the entranceway that says ""Brickstone"" over the doorway.

Take I-35 South toward Des Moines
Merge onto I-80 West via Exit 87B toward Council Bluffs/Kansas City. Take the Jordan Creek Parkway exit, Exit 121 toward West Des Moines. (It will be the first exit on the right.)
