Please note:
Parking space at the Keiser College - there is parking space on the West, North and East side of the building. However, we always ask clients to park in the back of the building by the lake -located on the East side of the Keiser College building. They will enter in the East entrance of the building. Once inside, the client will see an Office Directory on the wall for all the different types of business within our building (referring to the 3rd floor only). It is easiest to access the office from the elevator, as opposded to the stairs!
Center Description:
A 3-story beige building with bronze windows and a lake (at times looks like a Muddy Swamp) located on the East Side of the building. All clients need to park on the East side of the building by the lake. There is plenty of parking - 4 rows of parking space. The building next to us (North side) is a Culinary School.

On Lake Osprey Drive - you will see a lot of different types of business such as Blakey's Realty Office, Lucky Pelican Restaurant, Dentist and others. Holiday Inn is right after the Lucky Pelican Restaurant on the left. These are some land marks that will make it easy to locate our office.
From North of Center :
Take I-75 South to University Parkway (Exit 213). As you exit the ramp, at the traffic light, turn left (Lakewood Ranch/East) on to University Parkway. After you go under the I-75 Overpass, at second traffic light, turn right (Gas Station "Mobile" on the right side) onto Lake Osprey Drive (opposite direction is Market Place Street- DO NOT TURN LEFT). The road will curve in the form of an "S." Our office is located on the left side in the first building (Keiser College / Lakewood Ranch Executive Suites) after you pass Holiday Inn Hotel.
From South of Center :
Take I-75 North to University Parkway (Exit 213). Turn right (East) of the exit ramp on to University Parkway. At the next traffic light (Gas Station called Mobile on right side), turn right on to Lake Osprey Drive. The road will curve in the form of an "S." Our office is located in the first building (Keiser College / Lakewood Ranch Executive Suites) the left side after you pass Holiday Inn Hotel.
From East of Center:
Our office is located on the East side of I-75. From Lakewood Ranch Blvd (North or South), drive onto University Parkway (West), and take a left onto Lake Osprey Drive. The road will curve in the form of an "S." Our office building (Keiser College / Lakewood Ranch Executive Suites) is located on the left side - after you pass the Holiday Inn Hotel.
From West of Center:
Take Route 41 or Route 301 to University Parkway (East). Continue to drive under I-75 Overpass and proceed less than 1/4 of a mile to Lake Osprey Drive, turn right. Our office building (Keiser College / Lakewood Ranch Executive Suites) is located on the left side - after you pass Holiday Inn.
