DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO HCM PUERTO RICO CENTER

Building: City View Plaza-Tower #1, Rd. #165 Km 1.2, Guaynabo, PR 00968

Location: At the intersection of Rd. #165 and Rd. #22(also known as De Diego Expressway) in Guaynabo, San Juan. This six-story beige-colored modern office building can be seen clearly from the expressway and has a large sign on it that says “P & G”.
(Telemarketer: Please note that most people get around in PR by use of landmarks so this part is very important.)
Landmarks: Building is across the street from “El Nuevo Día” newspaper headquarters. It is also near Fort Buchanan army base, the modern Federal prison with blue trim bars, and Metro Office Park.

From the Northeast (i.e.-Fajardo, Rio Grande, Carolina, LMM airport)
1. Take Rd. #3 north/west to Rd. #26 (Baldorioty de Castro Expressway) west
2. Exit to Rd. #22 (De Diego Expressway) west and go past Plaza Las Américas.
3. Take exit #7B (just before Buchanan tollbooth and right in front of Federal prison), which is Rd. #165 south (towards Buchanan).
4. At the second traffic light, turn left into City View Plaza. (“El Nuevo Día” is on the right).
5. There is three hours of free parking in the area for visitors of HCM. The office will stamp your parking ticket, and then you can take it to the lobby to be validated.

From the West (i.e.-Mayaguez, Arecibo, Manatí, Bayamón)
1. Take Rd. #22 (De Diego Expressway) east from Arecibo, Manatí, and Bayamón. (From Mayaguez take Rd. # 2 to Arecibo then take Rd. # 22 east.)
2. Immediately after Buchanan toll plaza take exit #7B, which is Rd. #165 south (towards Buchanan).
3. At the second traffic light, turn left into City View Plaza. (“El Nuevo Día” is on the right).
4. There is three hours of free parking in the area for visitors of HCM. The office will stamp your parking ticket, and then you can take it to the lobby to be validated.

From the South and Southeast (i.e.-Ponce, Humacao, Caguas)
1. Take Rd. # 52 (Ferre Expressway) north from Caguas to San Juan. (From Humacao take Rd. # 30 to Caguas then take Rd. # 52.)
2. Connect to Rd. #18(Las Américas Expressway) north
3. After Plaza Las Américas, take Rd. #22 (De Diego Expressway) west towards Bayamón.
4. Take exit #7B (just before Buchanan tollbooth and right in front of Federal prison), which is Rd. #165 south (towards Buchanan).
5. At the second traffic light, turn left into City View Plaza. (“El Nuevo Día” is on the right).

Referencias: Nuevo Día”. Está cerca de la base militar de Buchanan, de la Cárcel Federal moderna con barras azules, y de Metro Office Park.

Desde el Noreste (Fajardo, Río Grande, Carolina, Aeropuerto LMM)
1. Tome la carretera #3 norte/oeste hacia la carretera #26 (Expreso Baldorioty de Castro) oeste.
2. Salga en la carretera #22 (Expreso de Diego) oeste y pase Plaza Las Américas.
3. Tome la salida #7B (justo antes del peaje de Buchanan y en frente de la cárcel Federal), que es la carretera #165 sur (hacia Buchanan).
4. En el segundo semáforo, vire a la izquierda en City View Plaza. (El Nuevo Día queda a la derecha).
5. La oficina está localizada en el 4to Piso de la Torre #1, Suite 401. El estacionamiento es gratis por tres (3) horas para nuestros clientes con el ticket validado por nosotros.

Desde el Oeste (Mayagüez, Arecibo, Manatí, Bayamón)
1. Tome la carretera #22 (Expreso de Diego) este desde Arecibo, Manatí y Bayamón. (Desde Mayagüez, tome la carr. #2 hasta Arecibo entonces tome la carr. #22 este.)
2. Inmediatamente después del peaje de Buchanan, tome la salida #7B, que es la carretera #165 sur (hacia Buchanan).

1. Tome la carretera #52 (Expreso Luis A. Ferré) norte desde Caguas hacia San Juan. (Desde Humacao tome la carretera #30 hasta Caguas, entonces tome la carr. #52.)
2. Conectar con la carretera #18 norte (Expreso Las Américas)
3. Después de pasar Plazas Las Américas, tome la carretera #22 oeste (Expreso de Diego) hacia Bayamón.
