Important Restrictions: A. Validity of Offer. Offer is valid for legal residents  of the contiguous (48) United States.  Void wherevertaxed, restricted, or prohibited by law. Must be 18 years of age or older. Current clients of any HairClub Center or former clients whose memberships were cancelled due to violation(s) of Hair Club policies are not eligible for  the  Offer. Employees of Hair Club for Men, Ltd., Inc., Hair Club for Men, LLC, and/or  HCA Advertising Services, Inc. dba HairClub (“Sponsor”), Bosley Medical Group, P.C. or (as appropriate) their respective parent companies, affiliates, franchisees, subsidiaries, divisions, distributors, individual retail licensees and agencies are not eligible for the Offer.  B.  How to   Participate. Participant  must  purchase a HairClub Xtrands+ Initial Solution Membership at a participating HairClub Centers between July 1,  2023  to July  29,  2023 to receive  20%  off  and receive  an additional 10% off your entire purchase if you bundle and buy a second qualifying HairClub solution at the time of purchase. This Offer is not to be combined with any other HairClub discount, coupon, offer or promotion. Offer  is void  if  consumer  acts  in  a  belligerent,  anti-social  or  otherwise  inappropriate manner in conjunction with same as determined by HairClub Center in its sole discretion. If Offer is void for any reason, then Sponsor shall not have any liability to consumer under any legal theory. C. Redemption. Offer is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or for any substitute award.  Offer rights are  not assignable/transferable; only the consumer who purchased a HairClub Xtrands+ Initial Solution is eligible to receive the Offer. Limit of one (1) discount per family, household or address. Offer is void without liability/obligation  of  any  kind  for  Sponsor if purchased HairClub Xtrands+ Initial Solution Membership is cancelled altogether, the purchase price is refunded to consumer, or if Sponsor determines that consumer has engaged in fraud, prior to receiving the Offer. D. Limitations of Liability. By participating in Offer, consumer releases, discharges, indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor, and (as appropriate), its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, distributors,  individual  retail  licensees, divisions,  and  agencies, as well as their respective  officers, partners, principals, directors, affiliates, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Offer.
