Offer:
1. Complete: Individuals who are either: an active Hans HairClub Xtrands® or EXT® client at the time of purchase whose memberships will expire prior to September 1, 2025; and/or a former Hans HairClub Xtrands® or EXT® client whose memberships have expired in the past two (2) years and purchase a Qualifying Hair Transplant Solution1 at a participating Hans HairClub Center2 between June 10, 2025 – June 28, 2025.
2. Receive: $3,500.00 off the purchase price of a Qualifying Hair Transplant Solution at the time of purchase.
Important Restrictions:
A. Validity of Offer. Offer valid for legal residents of the contiguous (48) United States who are either: an active Hans HairClub Xtrands® or EXT® client at the time of purchase whose memberships will expire prior to September 1, 2025; and/or a former Hans HairClub Xtrands® or EXT® client whose memberships have expired in the past two (2) years. Void wherever taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law. Must be 18 years of age or older. By participating in Offer, you agree to fully comply with these Terms and that the decisions of Sponsor regarding the Offer and these Terms are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.
How to Participate. C. Limitations of Liability. B. How to Participate. Participant must: i) purchase thirty (30) units of Qualifying Products at a participating The Spa at Hans Center between March 1, 2025 through March 31, 2025; and ii) receive ten (10) additional units of Qualifying Product at no cost at the time of purchase.
This Offer is not to be combined with any other The Spa at Hans discount, coupon, offer or promotion.
Offer is void if consumer acts in a belligerent, anti-social or otherwise inappropriate manner in conjunction with same as determined by The Spa at Hans in its sole discretion. If Offer is void for any reason, then Sponsor shall not have any liability to consumer under any legal theory.
C. Redemption. Offer is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or for any substitute award. Offer rights are not assignable/transferable. Limit of one (1) discount per family, household or address. Offer is void without liability/obligation of any kind for Sponsor if purchase is cancelled altogether, the purchase price is refunded to consumer, or if Sponsor determines that consumer has engaged in fraud, prior to receiving the Offer.
D. Limitations of Liability. By participating in the Offer, consumer releases, discharges, indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor, and (as appropriate), its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, distributors, individual retail licensees, divisions, and agencies, as well as their respective officers, partners, principals, directors, affiliates, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Offer.
