“Offer 2”:
1. Complete: Individuals that: (i) complete Offer 1; and ii) purchase a Qualifying Solution5 at a participating Hans HairClub Center1 between September 15, 2025 and September 30, 2025.
2. Receive: i) One (1) additional $50.00 Hans HairClub Virtual Prepaid Mastercard®2 (“Virtual Card”) sent via email3 pursuant to license4 by Mastercard; and ii) Twenty Percent (20%) Discount off your purchase of a Qualifying Solution5 at the time of purchase.

B. How to Participate. Offer 1: Participant must attend and complete a hair consultation appointment at a participating Hans HairClub Center1 between September 15, 2025 to September 30, 2025. Offer 2: Participant must: i) attend and complete a hair consultation appointment at a participating Hans HairClub Center1 between September 15, 2025 to September 30, 2025; and ii) purchase a Qualifying Solution5 at a participating Hans HairClub Center1 between September 15, 2025 and September 30, 2025.
Offers are not to be combined with any other HairClub discount, coupon, offer or promotion. Offers are void if consumer acts in a belligerent, anti-social or otherwise inappropriate manner in conjunction with same as determined by Hans HairClub Center in its sole discretion. If Offers are void for any reason, then Sponsor shall not have any liability to consumer under any legal theory.
C. Redemption. Offers are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or for any substitute award. Offers’ rights are not assignable/transferable. Limit of two (2) Virtual Card(s) up to $100.00 in retail value per family, household, or address. Once supplied to consumer, safekeeping of Virtual Card(s) becomes your sole responsibility and it will not be re-issued if lost, stolen, compromised or damaged. Limit of one (1) discount per family, household or address. Offers are void without liability/obligation of any kind for Sponsor if purchase is cancelled altogether, the purchase price is refunded to consumer, or if Sponsor determines that consumer has engaged in fraud, prior to receiving one of the Offers.
D. Limitations of Liability.
