To keep the program fair and rewarding for everyone, here are a few important things to know

Earnings Cap

Referral rewards are capped at $1,000 per referred client, based on the cash value paid at the time of sale (not the total contract value).

What to Do

Keep it one-to-one. IMPACT is designed as a personal referral program. Share your personal discount code or referral link directly with friends and family through private messages (email, text, or 1-1 DMs on Meta, X, or LinkedIn).

Please read the full terms and conditions to ensure you understand the program, requirements and rewards. Accounts that don’t comply may be removed at any time.

What not to Do

Don’t post your referral code, link, or discount publicly — including group chats, forums, Reddit, or other social public-facing platforms. Public posts will result in referral rewards being reversed or denied.

Don’t use AI-generated images in social posts. We’ll provide approved, brand-safe imagery for you to use.
