Please note:
The center is located 2 blocks southwest of the Biltmore Fashion Park (Intersection of Camelback & 24th St). The building is located between 20th Street and 22nd Street on the south side of Highland Avenue. There are two identical office buildings. If you are looking at the front of both buildings from across the street, we are the one on the right. Enter from Highland Avenue just between Half Moon Sports Bar & Grill (on the left) and Homewood Suites (on the right). Free visitors parking is available several hundred feet ahead in the parking structure (on the right) on the second level. Enter building directly across from parking structure. Any weekday consultation appointments after 6:00PM and all Saturday consultations after 1:00PM must utilize the video phone mounted on the left side of the West entrance to gain access into the building. They will need to ring the bell and HC staff will promptly buzz them in.

From North of Center :
Take AZ-51 South. Take the Colter Street exit, EXIT 4A toward Camelback Road. Keep left at the fork to go on East Colter Street. Make a slight right turn onto Squaw Peak Parkway. Squaw Peak Parkway turns into 18th Street. Turn left onto East Camelback Road. Turn right onto North 20th Street. Turn left onto East Highland Avenue. After the traffic light at 20th Street, make a right turn into the first driveway. Building is on the left.
From South of Center :
Merge onto I-10West. Take the AZ-51 North/AZ-202-Loop East Exit, Exit 147A-B. Merge onto AZ-51 North/Piestewa Freeway via EXIT 147B on the left. Take EXIT 4A toward Highland Avenue/Camelback Road. Turn right onto East Highland Avenue. After the traffic light at 20th Street, make a right turn into the first driveway. Building is on the left.
From East of Center:
Take East Camelback Road west toward 22nd Street. Turn left onto North 22nd Street. Turn right onto East Highland Avenue. Make a left turn into the 2nd driveway. Building is on the left.
From West of Center:
Merge onto I-10East. Take the AZ-51 North/AZ-2-2-Loop E Exit, EXIT 147A-B. Merge onto AZ-51 North/Piestewa Freeway via EXIT 147B on the left. Take EXIT 4A toward Highland Avenue/Camelback Road.
