  • 0.5 My experience was a little unusual. Beautiful office/First class. But very hard to find. My first conversation over the phone was with Justin. Very impressive with customer skills and charming personality. Certainly the correct person for the job. Justin scheduled my appointment. First contact was Lisa. We clicked immediately and had so much in common. She is a beautiful person inside and out. Outstanding meeting. It was like visiting a friend. Unfortunately, Lisa was going on a medical leave the day after I met her. I had many concerns. I felt the stylist consultation was rushed and we were not a good fit together. Lisa gratiously allowed me to contact her via email. Because this is a new and stressful process. I told Lisa I do not think I was given the correct hair color by the stylist. Lisa offered me the opportunity to return to hair club and see her director. Very impressive. A true gentleman's gentleman. Nicely dressed.He was very pleasant but put a lot of pressure on me to move forward without Lisa. I told him I was going to wait for Lisa. During this process I received a bill from the loan company I was approved with. I called the director and he said he would take care of it. He had a connection at Spring Stone. The company where the loan is approved from. Apparently, he did not because I received notice that I was late with my loan payment. Being charged $4,000. for services I had not received. I called Spring Stone and spoke to the manager, Pam. She said it was not a problem. As soon as the loan is refunded by hair club. A new loan would immediately be issued. Pam called the director and he did not return her call for 2 weeks. Such drama.Several calls were made to the corporate office. And I was instructed to contact the Regional Senior Director. He did not return my call for 4 days. At which time his assistant called. A week later the Regional Senior Director did call me. He just wanted to argue with a new potential customer and he fully backed up his director with whatever fantasy story he told him. Very odd. The director was so busy trying to cover himself of what he did not do in the first place that he was in panic mode. The big mistake that he made is that he left several ugly voice mails and emails for me. The director did contact me when Lisa returned from medical leave. And said Lisa and I want to talk to you Lisa was not aware of this particular lie. I was thrilled that Lisa was back to work and I could have my dream I was committed and I had not cut or colored my hair for 6 weeks. When I returned the directors call. He said we have decided as a company not to move forward with you as a client. How degrading to dismiss me with such disrespect. Started out amazingly to have my dream. The director attempted to belittle and degrade me after dismissing me as a client from hair club. He did not do his job, by completing the proper paper work to refund my loan payment from Spring Stone. I was charged $4,000 for work I did not have completed yet. and after being contacted by the company {Spring Stone} The proper procedure was for the director to issue a refund after which the company would immediately issue a new loan. He did not call them back for 2 weeks. Then with all of the drama. He called and left several ugly voice mails and emails on my phone. Then to cover himself made up a fantasy story to corporate and either on his own or with their support dismissed me. I am still receiving late payments from Spring Stone due to his lack of professionalism. A loan I never used. There is so much going on at this Phoenix office and for some reason the director seems to have ultimate control of the entire company. He has ruined my dream and I have been waiting all of my life for this. Whenever Lisa leaves I will follow her. Or is the director leaves I will come back to Lisa. U can not believe the Hair Club allowed my $4,000. to walk out the door. And as a cosmetologist for 38 years. I have an enormous clientel base . The financial potential for hair club is enormous. This could have been a very successful relationship. The director guaranteed to me that the company and everyone involved in this process will make me happy. Quite the opposite occurred. He wasted my time=, insulted me and potentially put a bad light on my credit rating. I just received another bill with $61.00 of late charges from Spring Stone. I called Pam and once again she took care of it. The company did nothing. I did everything to rectify this mess myself. I do not call this a partnership. I have posted this 3 times and each time the review mysteriously disappears. Read More
