HAIRCLUB RX™ UPGRADE PROMOTION
(hereafter the “OFFER”)
OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Offer:
1. Complete: Individuals who are active HairClub EXT© clients and upgrade to a Qualifying Solution1 at a participating HairClub Center2 between November 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
2. Receive: One (1) complimentary DNA Kit3 at the time of purchase of a Qualifying Solution.
Important Restrictions:
A. Validity of Offer. Offer is valid for legal residents of the contiguous (48) U.S who are active HairClub EXT® clients. Void wherever taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law. Must be 18 years or older. Current clients of any HairClub Center or former clients whose memberships were cancelled due to violation(s) of HairClub policies are not eligible for the Offer.
By participating in Offer, you agree that you are able to, and shall, fully comply with the decisions of Sponsor regarding the Offer and these Terms are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.
How to Participate. Individuals who are active HairClub EXT© clients and upgrade to a Qualifying Solution1 at a participating HairClub Center2 between November 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 to receive one (1) complimentary DNA Kit3 at the time of purchase of a Qualifying Solution.
Offer is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or for any substitute award. Offer rights are not assignable/transferable. Limit of one (1) discount per family, household or address. Offer is void without liability/obligation of any kind for Sponsor if purchase is cancelled altogether, the purchase price is refunded to consumer, or if Sponsor determines that consumer has engaged in fraud, prior to receiving the Offer.
B. Redemption. Offer is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or for any substitute award. Offer rights are not assignable/transferable. Limit of one (1) discount per family, household or address. Offer is void without liability/obligation of any kind for Sponsor if purchase is cancelled altogether, the purchase price is refunded to consumer, or if Sponsor determines that consumer has engaged in fraud, prior to receiving the Offer.
C. Limitations of Liability. By participating in Offer, consumer releases, discharges, indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor, and (as appropriate), its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, distributors, individual retail licensees, divisions, and agencies, as well as their respective officers, partners, principals, directors, affiliates, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Offer.

3DNA test was developed and its performance characteristics determined by GX Sciences. It has not been cleared or approved by the FDA. The laboratory is regulated under CLIA and qualified to perform high-complexity testing. This test is used for clinical purposes.

Receive: i) Twenty percent (20%) discount off the purchase price of a Qualifying Solution at the time of purchase; and ii) if the HairClub EXT® Initial Term has been paid in full prior to the time of purchasing a Qualifying Solution any unused balance remaining on the HairClub EXT® Initial Term may be applied toward the Qualifying Solution.

If Offer is void for any reason, then Sponsor shall not have any liability to consumer under any legal theory.
