At HairClub, we believe one of our most important investments is providing a competitive employee benefits program. We appreciate the tremendous value and contributions of our employees and recognize that good employee health is good business. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and so much more to regular, active, full time employees who work 25 hours per week or more.

  • Medical + Rx + Dental + Vision – HairClub has partnered with Collective Health to power our health benefits, delivering integrated concierge-level services and rich PPO networks with Anthem Blue Cross, Delta Dental and VSP.
  • Life / AD&D – Employer paid basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance with opportunity for you to purchase additional life and AD&D coverage for yourself and your dependents.
  • Disability – Both Short and Long Term Disability insurance is available to help protect your income should you become ill or injured and unable to work.
