I am very pleased with the staff and the service I received .At my first appointment I talked to Michelle, she explained everthing and answered all my questions. The Doctor and the staff at the Houston location where I had my transplant done were great. They took the time to explain everything that was being done and made me very ease. At my last appointment at the Woodlands office with Lauren, I had a couple of more questions about the process and she really took the time to explain everything. These folks really care and give excellent service. I recommend them highly.

HC Woodlands is phenomenal. HCM Woodlands location is a great alternative to the Houston location, both of which provide phonomenal service. HCM Woodlands is staffed with a friendly, professional, and competent faculty from the front desk all the way to the end of the service experience. Service is not only prompt, but I always end up walking out of the salon feeling confident about my membership and my hairstyle. -JOEY C.

The Hair Club of The Woodlands has been so good to me ever since I started in 2009. The people that work there are some of the nicest, most professional, and sincere people you will ever meet. Also the results you get with this program are phenomenal! I am so thankful for everything they have done for me and I wish them the best of luck! To make a long story short, I would definately recommend this place to anyone experiencing unwanted hair lose. Having my hair back has been wonderful!

Restoring my femininity. Hair Club at The Woodlands has been highly successful for me because it has restored my femininity and youth by restoring my hair. From the get-go, my hair began growing immediately, which encouraged me to continue. The personnel have been extraordinary----the highlight of my day when i go in for color and EXT treatments. It was a huge leap to walk in there the first day of consoltation. The manager, Michelle, explained the process in depth bathed with kindness and compassion. Carla, the receptionist, is always a breath of fresh air---always genuinely smiling. Last but not least, Lauren is such an incredible color specialist who really "gets" what I want as she guides me with her expertise. Without question, I know that I am in highly capable hands, which had made this experience such a positive one.

In fairness, search for any brand name with "complaints" at the end and you're going to find a lot of people complaining lol. When I first inquired about becoming a member at Hair Club, I felt that promises were being made to me that could never be delivered. Nevertheless, after doing an exhaustive amount of research, I became a client. I was suprised to find that for me, every promise was delivered and whole process was more enjoyable than I thought it would be.
