To Our Valued HairClub Clients:
The world health community continues to monitor the emergence of COVID-19, commonly known as coronavirus, and the disease it causes. Likewise, HairClub is closely watching the developments and is taking proactive measures to help prevent the spread of this outbreak in accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ("CDC") and the World Health Organization ("WHO").
First and foremost, please know that we are working diligently to ensure the health and safety of our clients, guests, and employees in all of our Centers. As a result, over the past several days, we have had to “pause” numerous Centers in the United States and Canada. Today, we made the extremely difficult decision to pause all of our corporate-owned HairClub Centers from March 21st through March 31st. We refer to it as a pause because it is a temporary situation and we want to be open as soon as possible under the circumstances. Our intent is to re-open our Centers on April 1st (or later if required by governmental agencies).
I believe these drastic steps are necessary to slow and, eventually, stop the spread of the outbreak. Our clients and employees are what drive our business, and with these measures, we are seeking to protect those extremely valuable assets. I ask you to join me in taking individual steps to manage this dangerous outbreak by following governmental guidance where you are located.
