Appointment Scheduling and Center Operation During
COVID-19

Dear Friends of HairClub,

I am pleased to announce that our Centers are preparing to resume operations. While all our Centers will not all open at the same time, we are opening Centers in locations wherever permitted by government agencies. Nevertheless, your health, and that of all our clients, employees, and communities, remains our priority. We continue to adhere to the guidance set forth by government and health agencies. Moreover, we have implemented stringent procedures to minimize the risk of exposure. These measures include:

  • Establishing an internal task force to monitor the changing circumstances and advise modifications to our protocols
  • Implementing a strict "no work" policy for employees who show symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in proximity to someone who has
  • Sanitizing surfaces frequently for maximum prevention of contamination
  • Promoting sound hygiene practices in the workplace, such as wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, face shields and disposable capes
  • Maintaining an adequate distance between individuals and extending hours-of-operation and the duration between appointments to minimize personal contact
  • Conducting temperature checks and health screening questionnaires of our employees, Clients, and Prospective Clients. If there are issues, employees will not be permitted to work and Clients or Prospective Clients will be asked to re-schedule their appointment.
  • Requiring all Clients and Prospective Clients to wear PPE, including a mask and disposable cape
  • Following a “no guest” policy which includes children. The only exception is guests who assist Clients with mobility issues.
  • Implementing a flow of foot traffic for individuals to enter and exit different opened doors to minimize touching high contact areas such as door handles.
